Having to make more than one visit at a time because they can't give me all of my things at the same time. Especially when you only have a few needles left and my life depends on them!!!! Think I'm going to be changing my pharmacy....

Useless.From being given someone else's medication to not sending my prescription order to GP; so you wait 5 days, go to collect your medication only to discover it hasn't been ordered.Dome staff friendly, some are belligerent.

Always standing about talking, called to see if my prescription was ready to be told it was, put the phone down had a call straight back to tell me the medication wasn’t even in stock, so why say it was ready? Very unprofessional

I must say, staff very knowledgeable and friendly and well stocked. Last time I drove round looking for prescribed ear drops and after 9 places, came here and they had them. Staff very knowledgeable and happy to advise, served quickly.

Not accessible by wheelchair.Come on! How is this still a thing? Can't get in. Had to get someone else to collect my prescription. Changed my nominated pharmacy now. Can't use a place that doesn't consider the needs of its customers.

Will never be using them again only decent person there is the delivery driver in store staff not at all helpful in any way what so ever. Was told medication would be there on afternoon when up next day to get it only to be told would not be in till after 11..30 that day.
