I brought a Rambotan fruitpack at Kashmirwattan.on the pack price was £1.99 but they changed me £6.99.came to home and check the price list and rang to the shop about this matter.The lady who pick the phone and told me its was £6.99 not 1.99 if u bring it back,we r not change it,and kept phone.Do you thing is it good customers service????I'm doing shopping since 2006.after this we decided never go there.I found small veg shop near my home.all the vegetables r very cheaper than this kind off shop for an example-Okra/bindi/vendakkai 1kg £2.99.eggplants 1kg 1.99 anyone believe this ?????

Poor professionalism. The lady in the till was awful and rude. They didn’t label their product, it’s their fault. So, they should apologise and amend by themselves. Rather the lady showed the pack to me and asked- “can you see any label? Go back to the butchers and put the label!” As if I was her slave! I had to leave my child alone in the till as the shop is very congested, difficult to move with trolley! The incident happened on 19/07/23.I felt they are very proud for having a very good business forgetting to treat well with the brown and black people!!

One of very good grocery store having great fresh Asian vegetables produce. Better quality than other other Asian super Market and having a large variety of spices and pulses to choose for.Not very organised or lack of professionalism, this is what you can expect from. But worth the visit.

If you are on the look for exotic fruit or a wide range of spices to make those dishes for your family this would be the place mainly go there to get plantains and papaya, but you can also get there quality fresh fruit and vegetables that actually has flavour itself, it coul look more clean but it's very nice in general

This place has everything desi Indian foodwise that you need.I was very happy to find non veg pickle here.Dal, masala, rice, vegetables and frozen stuff in good choices.Parking place available.
