The staff are very warm and helpful. I was offered a book recommendation based on what I had bought, which for someone who goes through books like candy, was very welcomed!Another book that I was looking for wasn't in store, but this was no issue, as the till assistant ordered it into the store, and the book arrived only a few days later (the order itself was free of charge)!The only suggestion I would make would be to have a cafe in store, where I could waste the day away :)

Nice shop, what you would expect from a book shop really.However, I have a pet peeve. I went in to look at fantasy and sci-fi novels and mangas and graphic novels. The selection is actually quite good. But all of the above was located in the children's section.Now, firstly, as a 35yo adult, it felt quite strange to go in the kids section to shop for myself. Secondly, in that section, amidst other similar things, you can find the Game of Thrones book series. The TV show is rated 18 and the books are no better. It just feels misleading, fantasy, sci-fi and horror can be very far from kid friendly content. Not saying kids can't read them, I read my fair share as a teenager, just saying they shouldn't be categorised as kids content.
