Despite recent rains, Sam managed to come and inspect a worsening roof leak later the same day that I made contact. I have had several roof repairs done by different companies, Sam made by far the clearest explanation and produced a fair quote for replacing an area of damaged felt under the tiles. After accepting his quote, Sam picked a dry afternoon, made the repair and produced before and after photos to show me what had been done. Highly recommended, a very pleasant and friendly guy to deal with.

Sam is very thorough and his prices will not rip you off. Excellent work done by him. Would recommend to anyone.
