Excellent PT. Very attentive, understanding and patient. Not a PT that stands around watching you, he gets involved and really motivates you to want to work and push yourself harder. Highly, highly recommended.

I have just finished a 3 month training set with this lovely man, he is absolutely brilliant, at 74 I was a bit dubious at 1st but Paul soon made me at ease, he is kind, caring and encouraging.Very professional, I feel so much better, my balance has improved as well as getting up and down stairs, lifted weights I wouldn’t have thought possible with Paul always encouraging and advising. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Paul will miss our sessions together

I’ve trained with Paul for the last three months and found him to be an excellent trainer always making sure I don’t hurt myself and caring out exercises.
