Excellent service fixed my old 10 year old Mac and I also bought a refurbished one for £350 which looks brand new. Great local professional company, would highly recommend them

What a find - at long last an apple expert who can give an assessment and explain it in layman’s terms at a very fair cost. Not only is Huw’s technical knowledge extensive but his customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend MAC3 and am a very satisfied client.

Always find it difficult to trust IT repair men because of companies exactly like this one. free diagnostic is false. Took my mac book air in for diagnostic and was told it would cost £300 to repair. as I didn't want to pay this I was told it would be £60 for the programme" they loaded. In happy with the non free diagnostic I begrudgingly sent my partner to pay the £60 and collect my mac to then be told the price was now £72:50 as it was plus VAT. This was not quoted to me. furthermore She was told the repair would actually have cost a lot less than the £300 in fact it was less than £200 so I feel they were trying to con more money out of me from the offset. The £72:50 was not the price quoted to me and I find it disgusting when con men do this to people. I hope reading this review will make you stop and take a good look around. There are more trust worthy repair men out there. !!!!!! Wish I could give less than 1 star. £72:50 down and my mac is no different."

Huw at Mac 3 was absolutely brilliant. He identified the problem quickly. Without doubt the best in the business. Even if I was the other end of the country I would use Mac3. If six stars was available I would give them that.

Used these guys to fix a MacBook Pro…. Fixed and very reasonably priced and kept informed all the way.

I was impressed from the first moment when I spoke on the phone with Huw as he immediately told me what the problem was and within a few days my macBook was repaired in a very reasonable price.I can't recommend MAC3 enough.
