So upset with this company. We pre paid for a return journey…only to be called a short time before our return, to say that our travel home would be at least 3 hours late. Due to at home commitments, we had no option but to book a last minute train home.We were refused a refund for our return journey by this “family run” company. With the added bonus of being hung up on by the owner when called to ask for our money back. Absolutely gutted. DO NOT USE.

This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star ! They cancelled our trip back at short notice and refused to give us a refund, they have been rude throughout by hanging up on calls. We had to pay for the train back and they won’t even reimburse this cost. Do not use they will ruin your plans.

Do not use this company!!! They take prepayment for long distance journeys then don't turn up! Unbelievably they then refuse to give a refund for the service they didn't provide!! Absolutely shocking, don't know how they get away with it!

Refuses to give deposit back and rings the police on you if u keep asking for your money back absolutely disgraceful company avoid at all costs

Our driver cancelled on us 10mins before we were suppose to get picked up for a drive from Edinburgh to Harrogate. We had prepaid for the service and now they are refusing to refund us. Do not use this company.
