Had an oil painting bought at auction collected, packed and shipped by Mail Boxes Etc. Norwich. Securely packed and delivered on time with good communication from them. Highly recommended.

Really Great Service Thanks to Tim and Emily.I needed some documents shredding as my home shredder was not up to the job. I didn't really have enough documents to justify paying the regular business rate which was based on up to ten sacks. However they helped me out by offering to do it for me on their own machine and charged me a very reasonable rate. This helped me enormously as it would have taken me (no exaggeration) days to do it myself. Two lovely people who obviously enjoy their work. Highly recommended.

We had bought some framed artwork as well as a few books from a local Norwich-based auction and they recommended MBE to collect, package and dispatch our purchases. Communications were excellent and I was given four options for shipping. I chose FedEx International Priority because it was only £30 more expensive than the cheapest shipping method, though I questioned the possibility of receiving the parcels one day later. Indeed it was true. Hard to believe but two boxes arrived in perfect condition just before 12 noon in upstate New York. Of course this could have gotten delayed due to US Customs inspection, but MBE filled out all of the necessary paperwork, provided copies of my two invoices from the auction house, and everything went smoothly. We could not be happier, Thanks MBE Norwich.

I needed high quality reproductions of two watercolours with as close as possible colour reproduction. They did a fantastic job. The reproductions were so close that once they were framed it was not possible to tell the difference between the original and the copies.

Best read the small print if sending things to Asia etc , mine sent with FEDEX supposedly 5 days ...turns out it got sent to wrong place even with correct address, contacted shop they said it was down to me to sort it , ringing paranaque on land line was £4 per minute, 5 mins later it was sorted , after 17 days
