Despite me living in the Highlands, the team at Bridge End helped to get my car delivered to my home. They were very helpful and completed all the paperwork possible, to make it as easy for me as they could.Excellent Team.

I have never dealt with such an awful and unprofessional place! Bought my car last year and have had a nightmare of a year with it, problems with the car as soon as I got it (Bluetooth not working, interior lights not working, battery being faulty). I’ve complained about these problems previously and there was no effort to make resolution.Only positive I think is a man called Jeff who I’ve spoke to recently about something unrelated to my cars problems was a big help and he was the first person who made the effort to help me.

This is my second purchase from Bridge End Motors.I returned because of the tip top customer service and frank replies to my questions.I felt supported with my decision as an older woman who has no knowledge to cars this is very important to me.After driving my new purchase for 5 weeks I know I used the right company and bought the right car for me.

An excellent Buying experience from Bridge End Motors, we found a possible new car online for my daughter, emailed the enquiry on a sunday for it to be picked up on the monday, pleasantly surprised to get a reply a short time later the same day from Andrea.We visited the garage the next day, had a test drive with Dave who then inspected the trade in we had, they offered a competitive trade in price and so she bought the car.., we picked it up 5 days later, excellent presented condition, Dave gave an explanation of workings, along with added petrol and not just the fumes in the tank you get from a lot of garages.My daughter ( after 2 days driving it) loves the car, so coupled with the communication and service received we would have no hesitation in recommending this garage.
