Ross and the Maitland Motors team are absolutely superb, I cannot fault them from start to finish on any job. However, I recently brought them in my car as a warning light kept coming on. They looked and identified a fault linked to a recall. My car was out of warranty yet Ross gave me all the recall information, printed out technical sheets to speak to the manufacturer with and told me to speak to them first. Maitland Motors could have easily completed the job but instead Ross armed me with the information I needed to ensure that the manufacturer fixed the fault. Bravo Maitland Motors, 100% a garage you can trust, not only great mechanics but they operate with incredible honesty and integrity.

There is a always a risk of going to a small independent garage - will they rip you off? are you better going to a 'bigger' name? can you trust internet reviews?Ross' garage not only completely blows these 'myths' out the water, they actually go above and beyond. I've used Ross and the team a few times after spending many years using other garages - I wish I'd brought my vehicles along many, many years earlier. Honest, reliable, reasonably priced and dependable. I was advised what work was needed and in spite of there being an opportunity to carry out work that I had originally thought was needed (and would've paid for if Ross said it needed it), he instead told me it wasn't required. How many garages would talk themselves OUT of money when faced with an owner was willing to let them do whatever was needed? I won't take my car anywhere else, and I won't recommend another garage to anyone that I speak to.

I cannot believe the exceptional service offered by this garage. I got a torn tyre just out of town and asked if I could roll it down to be changed (no spare) and they (Ross) drove up - jacked my car up, took the tyre, ordered a new one, brought it back, and replaced it within hours!! They didn’t even charge me extra. Absolutely phenomenal!
