I am very happy to have found Ice health 6 months ago. I've been suffering from long covid and my health was quite poor. I had very low energy levels, my immunity was weak and my digestion was very bad and I was sleeping bad too. Alla kindly and expertly recommended several treatments and I have to say after 6 months my health went back to normal. I had weekly cryo treatments , which are amazing especially that they use very unique technique of first giving you to experience heath and then go to very cold which gives such a boost to your immunity..I also had lymphatic drainage sessions which healed my digestive problems. Or most probably the combination of the 2 treatments brought me back to health.Alla and other people who work there have always been very kind and accomodating and also they always prioritize their clients health .Highly recommend the clinic.

I undertook some intensive treatments at Ice Health to help supplement physiotherapy I was having on a broken wrist. The treatments were very powerful and gave immediate results. i love this clinic! I had a bad burn on my face and within 3 sessions the scar has pretty much gone! Had cryo facial + red light therapy.
