My elderly Mum used this outfit to tarmac her drive.Charged her £4k to do a 38m2 drive.2 weeks after weeds were growing through and it was clear all they had done was flash the drive with a layer of tarmac.My Mum called Isaac who said he would get back in touch - never did.Contacted trading standards who advised to get competitive quotes.For the work he actually did we were quoted £800+VAT from a council approved contractor.To do the job properly with a good base layer of hard-core we were quoted £2200+VAT from the same council approved contractor.Avoid at all costs.

We employed Elite Development to lay resin in our back garden as we were told it was non-slip and didn’t let weeds through (and we liked the way it looked). When they had finished we couldn’t accede the back of the garden until it dried , so it was the following day when we discovered all the rubbish from the job had been left. After Several phone calls later and missed appointments, they came up collect it a week later after I had said I would get someone else in and charge it back to them. Six weeks later we have weed growth in several areas and I have telephoned them and left messages many times but there has been no call back. We paid for the work the day it was completed but now feel thoroughly let down by them.

Consider with caution! This vendor was appointed to complete a block paving driveway for my in-laws (both in their 80's and with health problems). Workers caused surface damage to access road directly outside the property resulting in land owner issuing an invoice to my in-laws for in excess of £600 for repairs. Spoke to Isaac the company director who advised he didn't wish to go down the route of public liability insurance and would amicably resolve directly upon receipt of an invoice which I have available to provide. This was weeks ago and he now refuses to respond to calls, messages and emails through his website. I have given plenty of opportunity to resolve without formal action but they have refused to act fairly and so I will be pursuing through the formal process. Regrettable and avoidable if only Isaac had chosen to do the right thing. Isaac, you have my details should your conscience wake up and you want to do the right thing.

Great job well done.The lads were wonderful and very polite. Removed all Garden pots from our terrace and laid an Aggregate Resin surface (colour Rose Garden )which complimented the rustic red bricks of our apartment.Came back and returned all our garden pots , perfect. Looks great and recommend them without hesitation. J & S Wentbridge

If you want a job doing quickly then use this company. If you want a job doing to a high standard and safely then don’t use them. They are dangerous and don’t take any responsibility for their actions. Sadly we have had to pass on their details to local authorities as their shoddy work has been responsible for two nasty falls. My only advice to anyone is avoid this company at all costs
