My experience with Ashan Property has been 1st class. As a working professional they helped me and my company find a suitable location to rent. What seemed like a big challenge was made very easy by Ashan Property. I cant speak highly enough of the service provided. Not sure what I would've done without them.

Ashan have managed property for me since starting their business many years ago and were recommended by a good friend. I have to say that Sheila and the team are second to none in the business of property management both for landlords and tenants. Myself and my Partner have recently moved into a rental property originally listed by Ashan. This is our first move and we did not know what to expect!Sheila and her team are very prompt in answering all of our questions (I work a lot during the day so our main form of communication was e-mail), on moving day all relevant paperwork was ready for us prepared in a professional manner.This being the our first move, we have nothing to benchmark against but Ashan Property certainly set the standard. As a very recent, new landlord to the area I communicated with over 10 agents & property management companies to determine which I thought would provide me the best service to let out and manage my new property. Ashan came out top for me due to their prompt & detailed communication, answering all my questions. I thought I'd been fairly thorough with my questions but Sheila was able to give me even more information and advice. I was impressed with the professional yet personal approach. I was also impressed with the speed it took to find a suitable tenant.

Outstanding company!! In 2009, I moved my aging mother to the USA and needed to rent out her house. The Ashan folks came by, made specific recommendations as to what needed to be fixed up to rent the property, and recommended an appropriate rate to expect. After some fairly extensive redecorating arranged by Ashan, the place looked brand new and was successfully rented out in Jan 2010. I would recommend these folks without hesitation for all your Landlord/Rental needs. When one lives overseas, it is nice to be able to rely on an excellent property management company. Ashan is that company!
