MOT Failed. They couldn’t fix the issue (Broken rear spring). They wanted to charge me for the re-test even though they couldn’t fix it.They granted the free retest in accordance with the Law, but made a right song and dance about it.Otherwise, all fine.

Where do I begin, I couldn’t recommend this garage anymore if I tried. I haven’t seen a smoother performance since Ken block drifted a Ford focus up pikes peak.Shane and his teams work efficiency is something that you’d witness in the McLaren pit stop at the Monaco Grand Prix.Got the job done at last minute notice and worked to the whistle, just like Sergio Aguero scored in the dying seconds to win Man City the title in 2012.10/10 job, cheers lads

Highly recommend the Kwik Fit team!Everyone was very friendly. Special shout out to Shane who booked me in quickly and got me two new tyres and a puncture repair for a really good price. Amazing service fitted me in last minute at the end of the day as I had a flat tyre and was parked in the car park next door. Super helpful and friendly staff. I think it was Chris who I dealt with (sorry if I've got his name wrong) but he was brilliant. Two tyres needed replacing and were fitted and the tyres moved around to make matching sets.

Visited today and got 2 tyres replaced and nothing was too much trouble from Shane and the Team Advised of swapping tyres to equal out wear which I agreed with. I would not hesitate in recommending this branch to family and friends. Well done Team!

Amazing service. Managed to fit me in even though they were fully booked. They did thorough check of all tyres as my pressure light had come on. Was advised all tread fine and they checked all tyre pressures. I then had full report emailed to me which contained photos of each tyre indicating tread depth on each. This was all done really professionally and I was not charged , they like to provide a good service. Would absolutely recommend this company.

There is no doubt in my mind that had it not been for manager, Shane, I would have possibly taken my business elsewhere. He and his employee Mitchell expertly resolved a tyre issue at a very generous rate... and also, the turnaround for sorting out my two tyres and wheel alignment was fantastic - also, great communication as they kept me in the loop the entire time. Shane ensured the final bill was fair. Thank you so much to this professional. 5 starts to Shane and 5 stars to Mitchell.

Very poor service, I had vehicle booked in for two tyres. Two day before fit, on a Sunday! Tyres not ordered ready for fit and had to source different tyres for fit and then had to wait 1 hour half for them to be fitted even when I booked a time slot. Need to sort internal staffing and organisational problems :(
