MATT BALL
I saw Matt for 6 weeks and completed his ‘Unstuck Program’ and found it really beneficial. I am someone who has felt ‘stuck in a rut’ in the past and someone who gets very anxious about events, but Matt has given me the tools to break this cycle which I feel I’ve been in for years. He’s really easy to talk to and friendly which helped me to relax and I really enjoyed the sessions.If you want more detail:I’m not naturally someone who feels comfortable with coaching but was keen to try it. I’ve read various books and tried podcasts to change the way I think and get out of various holes I’ve felt in over the years but felt things are generally the way they are and that’s it.After a few sessions with Matt though that finally seemed to change.Matt’s produced some tools which we worked through over the 6 week program, as well as we meditated together and he also sent me some to do alone at home.I found the tools really challenged and changed the way I think and meditating seemed to tap in to parts of my conscious I haven’t before.I went to see him mainly as I was seriously stressed about an upcoming event. We worked on that specific event and I have even imagined the event using meditation and now feel much more comfortable with what is to come in my personal life. Taking the time to think and understand things properly has really benefited me.I’ve felt under pressure for a while and I am the worlds best procrastinator but since the sessions I feel able to box things off, I’m not letting things build up and stress me out and generally my anxiety has reduced. When I do get stressed or anxious I now seem to notice quicker and I can manage it where as in the past I could just be a grump all day at times.If you want to try something to get out of whatever ‘rut’ you feel in or just want to take some time for self improvement I’d highly recommend Matt's sessions.
