Can honestly say one of the best vets I’ve ever been too! They honestly care about you and your pet and will help you however they can. I wish I could take them with me wherever I go. I recommend them to anyone!

If I could give 100 stars I would! I visited today for the first time with one of my fancy rats, the staff were amazing, friendly and welcoming.The centre itself is very nicely presented and comfortable.I was given all the information I needed to make an informed decision.I highly recommend this centre!

I always recommend BVC. I have African Pygmy Hedgehogs & Chinchillas, all of whom have seen Matt. He's a wonderful vet nurse, so much so, I won't book to see any1 else. He's always given us 110% & he has confidence in MY know how with my animals, that he's said that he'll be led by me. The way that BVC staff treat their clients is great, their prices are better than other practices & animals are their top priority, not beefing up their bank accounts!!! I'll never take my animals to another vets (unless of course Matt leaves) lol. Thank U all for the amazing service U provide to all of the animals U see & treat. By far the best vets in Suffolk xx

Best vets I’ve ever found! Tremendously grateful for being able to whizz Scout the Springer in today for immediate treatment as he’d just eaten some raisins, and get a blood test appointment for Bank Holiday Monday to make sure he’s okay. Really appreciate knowing that my precious family pets are getting the best possible care at this clinic. Thank you!

Great service, professional with empathy and compassion through was was a difficult decision. After service was fantastic too, could not fault their care and attention to detail with regards to losing a family pet after 17 years. Went today as a emergency as our vets eastgate vets have not been answering the the emergency phone. My dog needed a appointment to find out why he was in pain. The vet got us in fast even tho we were not registered with them and found the problem. The appointment was not rushed and she really cared well for my dog. Could not have asked for more.

Our cat ,Sargon, had not been eating for 3 days. We had to leave him at the vet to find out what was wrong. The whole time he was there, we were kept informed as to how he was doing. The friendly, professional and compassionate service was excellent.

Couldn't be happier with my new vets. I was a little unsure whether I should change vets as I was happy with my old one, but the location was much more convenient for me here, so I made the move and I am so glad I did the experience of my cat's spay was faultless. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Bury Veterinary Centre. Thank you!
