I had bought a ring from them in Nov 2021. I received the ring in less than a week. The ring wasn't what we wanted and contacted them right away. They took it back np and worked with us for weeks to find the right fit after 50+ msg and 10+ videos we found the right ring. The ring we received is amazing! Thanks to the team Steven, Sarah and Romina. They were such amazing help. I will be buying from them again!

TERRIBLE The table (top) of diamond was unfinished, huge crack in table and down through the crown. Was colour rated E (which is usually colourless to the human eye) but it was incredibly yellow. Diamond was so loose it could spin round. Phoned up and they immediately said, 'oh yeah, our grading is much lower than anywhere else', and 'we could have the diamond finished for you or select a better quality one for a price. Just a complete and utter SCAM. Picture of diamond is nothing like reality"
