I initially ordered an electric fire which arrived very quickly and very well communicated regarding the delivery. I was very happy with the fire great quality especially for the price. Due to my fireplace not being suitable (was old) I then ordered a fireplace from here which I managed to get at a great price and received a phone call to let me know exactly when the fireplace would be delivered and as an extra bonus the guy sent me another trim which suited the new fireplace better. I cannot praise this company high enough I would definitely recommend them.

I bought a fire from this shop on Ebay.. When I went to collect it 2 days later at 9am. Nobobody was there, after a frantic phone call the guy turned up at 9.30 and said that the fire I had won had been sold and I was offered another which was far more expensive. There was no offer of recompense or delivery or an attempt to obtain a similar model from another outlet. I ended up paying £70 more... GIVE THESE GUYS A WIDE BERTH.. COWBOYS...

I personally had a great experience ordered a fire place and stove on Sunday received Tuesday. Fantastic quality very heavy no damage and in full working order.

Had a small issue with my order being out of stock but Kieran sorted out the issue very quickly. Delivered and fitted with ease. Happy with our new fireplace its great. Kieran was very helpful and gave a great customer service. The product is perfect, you won't find a better price elsewhere. Highly recommend. Thank you

My husband picked up an electric fire for over £1000, I thought as its starting to get colder and we have a little baby in the house it would be great. However after having it fitted my husband then went back and spoke to them as it was not warming the living room up, and his reponse was its not meant to, its for show!!! How ridiculous, waste of money, I would never recommend anyone to purchase from here. Absolutely disgusting.

This complete unit was practically in a new condition, only the handle on the door of the fire was loose, but did not deter as it was a feature and you cannot tell, the item was well packaged, I did not realise that the painted inner part of the fireplace was grey speckled, which again is not an issue as I wanted to paint it a lighter grey to match the rest of my interior. Thank you so much for a quality item at a much better price.

Great Customer service from start to finish, I wanted to know about the fire I was purchasing so they sent me pictures, Kieran and Simon were extreemly helpful, Purchase easy and a great price, delivery came quickly--next day. I had a minor issue which again was sorted to my satisfaction within 1 day with plenty of support from Kieran and Simon, then the next day I got an email from Kirsty making sure I had been sorted and happy. They have been brilliant from start to finish. Can't fault them in any way but especially good with Customer service and Care. Well done thank-you to the team

Please please please read reviews first unlike myself and avoid all the unnecessary upset in which I have occurred. Myself and my husband went to they showroom to look at a fire surround which was advertised online this was not they so we purchased another one which cost £500 I was assured it was going to be in A plus condition when it arrived. We was pressured into paying £30 delivery whichIn all honesty my husband has a van and we don’t live that far away so it would have be easier to collect ourselves. When it arrived they was only me at home and I had to help the lad carry it in which was extremely heavy but I managed it. The surround was all damaged and it looked like it had been pulled from a skip my old fire place is in better condition !! My husband drove back with it and said we wanted a refund which he refused and was extremely rude and arrogant. So now I am stuck with a tarnished fire surround at a hefty price of 530 quid not to mention the hassle of taking it back. I will be contacting trading standards but they do get round it by saying it’s a seconds so not really sure where I stand but I will try. Do avoid this dodgy company at all costs
