Probably if not one of the best Tattoo studios I have visited. Very clean, spotless even. Jay & Gem are extremely accommodating to any needs and genuinely lovely people. If you’re looking for a comforting top notch tattoo experience in North Wales these are the guys to go to.

Love love love my newest tattoo from Jay , Gem and Jay make it such a pleasant experience every time . So friendly and reassuring in everything they do . Very professional and clean premises but so warm and inviting at the same time … I suffer from anxiety quite bad and my first tattoo with them I had someone with me the entire time , I now just get dropped off and picked up as I feel so safe and looked after by them both . Highly recommend though you have a long wait for appointments as they are so popular it’s well worth it . I just book a couple in advance so the wait between isn’t so long . Would never go anywhere else now , can’t wait till jan for my next one

My first time at this studio and getting my first colour tattoo. I was really nervous but the studio was spotless and Jay made me feel really welcome and was super helpful by altering my design option and making sure I was happy and satisfied with all options before he started. Enjoyed watching some tv to help keep me calm through it all. extremely satisfied with both the end result and great prices. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a tattoo :)

I just wouldn’t go anywhere else. Jay has done all my latest tattoos in the last 10 years. Clean and professional. Lovely waiting area. Chilled environment. What better to watch Disney channel while being inked. Thank you.

Had a tattoo done today and what a great place it is. Jay is a star and always asking if you are ok and giving you time for a walk about and stretch if you need one. Gem is also worth her weight in gold making sure the tea is always available if you want one and a really lovely person. The tattoo I had is awesome and if you are looking to get one look no further.Thank you both and planning the next one already.

After an excellent initial consultation meeting, at last I had my back tattoo design started by Jay last Thursday. A week on after following all the after-care information given, the colour is looking just a vibrant as day one. I especially love the green butterfly he included with the others and the care taken with the watercolor effects around them all. Can't wait for my 2nd sitting for a silhouette and more watercolor additions. Very clean studio, and Jay and Gemma were really lovely people.

Added to my collection today and I'm so happy with what Jay has done!!! Definitely the most painful tattoo I've had but Jay was great, making sure I was comfortable and checking in every so often to make sure I was doing ok. My first experience with Jay and Gem was so good, I booked in for another session with them! The consultation process was great, I had an idea of what I wanted and they brought it to life so when my appointment came up, it was a case of adjusting the sizing and finding the best position.They were both great thorough my time there, very patient and understanding, making sure I was ok all the way through.Thank you guys!
