I visited as a singer/guitarist to entertain the residents. I was made very welcome by the staff and those present seemed to really enjoy the event, as did I. The staff seemed to be very kind, loving and professional.

Brilliant management and staff. My uncle is well looked after and it’s amazing to see the wonderful environment within the home. I am really happy to see my uncle looked after so well and it is great to receive regular feedback from the management team about him. I can’t expect more from them.

My 96 year old mum has been in Baugh Care Home for the last three weeks.Nothing has been too much trouble for them and she has been so well looked after.The manager, Uday, (not sure of the spelling!) has kept in touch with us at every step of her recovery.

Lovely friendly staff and manager. Glad my Aunt lived out the rest of her days here in the clean, bright and cheerful home in the nice surroundings.

I recently went to see my dear friend on entering the home it felt very warm & friendly.She recently moved upstairs & a member of staff took us up in the lift. I was really shocked about how dirty my friends room was, dirty floor, walls, & her bedding it broke my heart seeing her like that.

I'm looking for a care home, and the ratings are poor. I went on there Facebook page to get more scope of this care home only to be blocked by the administrater for posting a reasonable comment. Manager seem to be inadequate in writing a formal post. Imagine what else is happening.

The staff at Baugh House are very welcoming from the moment you enter. The care my husband received was second to none. The team not only looked after him but cared for me so kindly during his failing health. I am extremely grateful to them.
