Windrush have not replied to emails, first sent on the 13.7.23 and the second 25.7.23, three people on the email and no reply, not a great start.

Wouldn't buy a car from anyone else. I live very close to the VW dealer in Reading but is worth the drive to Maidenhead. Cannot fault every aspect of the sale. I have bought 3 cars from Carl over the years and never once have I been sold to. Very happy customer.

Absolutely the right place if you are looking for your new car. Friendly and helpful staff. They know their job and they are able to discuss your needs without any pressure. I arranged a test drive in a sec without any delays. Also the showroom showcases a number of cars should you wish to take a closer look.

I called into the showroom this afternoon (25/7/22) as I was interested in buying a new Tiguan. The sales staff were busy chatting among themselves and not one of them came over to me to ask if they could help. So after about 5 mins looking over the Tiguan they had on display I walked out.I know I could have approached the sales staff myself, but if their attitude is indicative of the VW 'customer experience' then I'm not spending my £50-60k here and will take my custom elsewhere.

Very nice people, bike electronics stopped working (engine is battery dependent) but they were willing to help out and pointed me in the right direction of a place that would have tools. Good people

My experience with Matt from VW Maidenhead was brilliant from start to finish. I’ve had bad experiences with other VW garages and Matt had made sure I was well looked after.Previously I had bought a Golf GTI from another VW garage which I received nothing but issues with the vehicle and the salesman until it had been returned.Matt had put all my nerves at ease and made sure it was a smooth process. There was no hard selling included and I had two test drives on two separate days to ensure the car was right for me which he allowed.I will definitely recommend Matt to potential buyers in the market. You will be thoroughly looked after.Thanks

Went to sort out a new car for the Mrs, spoke to the sales rep who took all my details and said he was going to phone me a day later but its now been 4 weeks and still no phone call from matt the sales rep, so I went some where else and he has lost out on a sale, but I got a better deal somewhere else, so if you want to look about at the cars here and pick what you like and dont want a call back from them this is the car shop to visit and buy somewhere else.
