Forest Haven is a serene spot for picnics and relaxation. The towering trees provide ample shade, and the babbling brook adds to the tranquility. It's an ideal place to escape the city and enjoy nature's beauty.

Stayed here recently on a business trip. They went above and beyond to accommodate me for an extra night. Friendly staff and I had a great nights sleep.

Great place to stay, petrol station over the road if needed, near, the Industrial Estate, great food in the pub, nice and a quiet place. Can't ask for more.

Quite location plenty parking. Doesn't look like the norm type off Premier. But at least your know premier inns have decent bed. Vending machine on site for snacks. Food places outside pub about 2 miles away by car . But 106 quid I've stayed worse places for more money.

A great hotel with reasonable prices.Ample parking which is safe and viewable from your room.Rooms that you would expect from a Premier Inn with a good bed.Kettle with tea and coffee and long life milk, however, I was surprised to discover no biscuits. After a six hour journey this was quite frustrating.Heating but no air conditioning, I didn't stay in the peak of summer so cannot comment how much of an impact this would have on your stay. Something to consider.Keep in mind this is a £20 (at the time of writing) taxi ride into the centre of Cardiff which can be ordered at reception. Also bear in mind and nothing to do with Premier Inn is that other taxi firms double this cost. They don't take contactless payments either which is quite frustrating.

Not brilliant. Bar shut at 10 on Friday night and 9:30 on Saturday. Some lights had no bulbs in the room and the heating was an electric radiator plugged into a wall socket. I guess what I am saying is it was very dissapointing. Wouldn't stay at this one again.Breakfast had little choice on yoghurts, fresh fruit salad" looked dry and unappetising. No muffins or pancakes. I could go on."

Not what I was expecting from a premier inn. Mattress not as comfy as it should be. Lots of dust growing in the room tbh. The bathroom almost made me sick as it looked like the door hadn’t been opened in days, dirt on the wall. Desk in the room was peeling off. If it wasn’t so late and I hadn’t had a 4 hour drive I would have checked out

Probably the lowest quality of any Premier Inn that I have stayed at. The room looked tired with a smashed up bedside cabinet. The bathroom looked OK but closer inspection revealed the shower door to be hanging off and plenty of dirt and deposits around the shower. I was told other rooms were better though. The adjacent beefeater shuts the bar early so the presence of a large TV in the room is a plus.I will definitely check other options before returning.

Nice and tidy hotel with friendly staff. The room was a decent size and nicely decorated. Location was less favourable as you couldn't just get to a shop without taking the car, and they didn't have a place to unwind and have a drink before retiring to your room, but the Beefeater was on the same premises to accommodate for that.
