Boots Opticians Northampton - Weston Favell

Becuase you were very professional and thorough, friendy and welcoming. i was made to feel at easy all through the process. Actually a nice experience.

clean, well run, I was seen quickly, charming staff and optometrist!

Walked into boots westonfavell Northampton with my sister she needed her glasses tightened the manager who made herself known said it can't be done because they are plastic I have had my glasses tightened in Ireland this woman said it can't be done it's impossible so my sister walk off to Tesco's and the opticians there fixed her glasses straight away with no fuss at all my sister then enquired to Tesco's opticians if this is normal practice if a non customer came in and asked the same thing off your company her response was sounds to me like she couldn't be bothered and it's standard practice if it snapped it's your risk . My sister would have taken this risk when I went back to challenge the manager at boots her response was totally unprofessional I told her I would report her I was shocked when she said do what you want . If the Abm wants to contact me personally they can I would recommend a retraining program for the manager of this store and a anger management course as well.

Was treated with courtesy kindness and above all efficiency by David jenny and Christina. Only had to wait 8 days to collect my spectacles and was treated with courtesy and efficiency by Lucy

Very polite and respectful staff. Could not have made me feel more comfortable about the pre tests etc.Stuart explained everything to meOptometrist Ravi was excellent, possibly spotting a problem and requesting more scans which made me feel safe and cared for.Extremely happy with my new specs and my vision is improved

I don’t like when companies mislead you. Tell you all about a super dooper scan that can see if I have any issues with my eyes before telling me it will cost double.Quite easy to say from the start we have more expensive scans that can see more if your interested and then I don’t have to listen to how good a scan is that I cannot affordNo doubt sales assistants get bonuses for selling these
