Paid upfront in trust. They then rushed the job trying to do it in 1 day, the sander flicked out a lot of the filler which had not dried. Exchanged a few texts assuring me they would be back to put it right. 12 months later nothing. The last tradesman I’ll ever offer good will, job half done, sharp edges left everywhere. Basic job but the final finish is not worth more than three stars. Only pay on completion.

I highly recommend Steve and Justin at Pro Floor. They transformed a tired oak floor that had some deep scratches and made it look like new. They were reliable, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They take a lot of pride in their work with great attention to detail and it really shows. It was great to find them as they were incredibly genuine, trustworthy and nice guys to have in your home. The photos show the before and after - what a difference!

Steve and Justin were a godsend! We only found them through a Google search and took a leap of faith based on the reviews. Every single star is well-deserved! From the minute they showed up, they made an impression. They knew exactly what we wanted. They are incredibly knowledgeable and it was such a a joy to watch them at their craft. They were very warm and unobtrusive. We love the outcome and would highly recommend them to deserving clients.

Steve and Justin did a great job with our engineered wood flooring, the surface finish had become patchy and bare in areas. They sanded and varnished the floor in two rooms in our flat and made it look new and fresh. Would recommend highly. Professional, efficient, dust-free and great value for a high quality service. The two photos show the final finish.

Steve & co really have done such an amazing job on our floor. We are so impressed with the outcome. Steve was professional, tidy and went above and beyond. We used Woca wood lye & super impressed with the finish. Can’t recommend them enough!

My floor was last done in 1994 and it was badly scratched and had turned a horrid orange colour. Steve & Justin always arrived on time and did a fantastic job. They took great care with the sanding, replaced bits where the floor had worn and the finish is great. I hadn’t realised how lovely the floor could look. I would highly recommend them, their work is of very high quality.

Steve and Justin are my floor heroes. I had an absolute nightmare with another company that allegedly loves floors and these guys came to the rescue. They restored my Victorian floor boards to perfection. They are professional, willing to answer a home owner’s millions of questions, work to perfection and all that with a smile and can do attitude. They use top quality equipment , I couldn’t believe how little dust there was. If you want good quality at an affordable price look no further. Thank you!

Absolutely loving my new floors. Steve & Justin did the whole house in a week. On Steve's advice they sanded back to the original Victorian pine and applied 2 coats of matt lacquer. The boards look great and feel amazing under my bare feet!! Recommend.
