Excellent from start to finish. Efficient, and quick to reply to texts and messages. Came out and measured up, provided a very competitive quote and when they came to fit the door, they were so clean and tidy and really helpful regarding aftercare. I’m totally delighted with everything they did and my door looks brilliant. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Meant to write a review a while ago, thought that I had done this already.I had Darlington bespoke windows do my entire house and also put in a conservatory, went the whole hog with it, this was in 2019 before i cam home from abroad. The firm and the staff were absolutely great, nothing too much trouble, the quality of the installation and the friendliness and professionalism of the lads doing the work was really good, no mess, no fuss just got on with it.One gripe with it is that they had a bricklayer doing the conservatory work who also did a patio for me at the same time, sadly he was useless, nice enough but did a really bad job of it, had him back eventually to correct his shoddy work but this took a year for him to do! All sorts of excuses given but Shortly after his second attempt i was faced with the prospect of having a real tradesman re do his work at a massive cost. Could i get hold of him again? Never seen or heard from the bloke again..Would i use them again, yes i would but i would be more attentive to their ‘sub contractors’.Good company nonetheless, good value and nice people

Professional, approachable team, who I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting an honest opinion when considering new windows. I definitely needed a new garage window and thought that I also needed several new windows for my house. Turns out that they only needed a service, saving me literally hundreds of pounds. Excellent, friendly service from start to finish.

We had new windows and doors fitted over 3 days. The fitters were always on time, friendly and just got on with the job. Over the moon with the windows and doors and would recommend to anyone.
