Excellent customer service when I visited the store. Venkata assisted me, providing prompt and efficient service. I required both the front and back screens of my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra to be replaced, which he did alongside the battery for free. Venkata immediately started working on my device and completed the task with speed and precision. I am very satisfied with the service provided.

They replaced the battery, the new one swelled up and pushed my screen out. I wanted a battery replacement, immediately afterwards I had new problems with the touchscreen I hadn't experienced previously. I didn't care too much because the phone was a backup/only used to browse old photos. I can only assume they used a battery of questionable quality, it had been sat unused in a drawer for the past year before I went to use it and found it deformed. If you care much for your electronic devices I cannot recommend this place.
