As someone who travelled internationally just for their service, I would highly recommend it.The service provided by Dr Fernando, Dr Vara, Alviera and the supporting technician team is second to none. The team is highly skilled, provides honest advice and takes pride in their work. Great friendly and personable consultation with Dr Vara, with no pressure on taking surgery. On the day the team made me feelsuper at ease and supportive with no real pain experienced at all. I had several consultations around London and no other clinic made me feel as comfortable as The Treatment Rooms. Dr Fernando was extremely knowledgeable and generous with his time, with all factors taken into account before deciding to proceed to surgery.My consultations were at the old location, but seeing the new facility made me feel even more at ease. The team are highly experienced and it all showed on the day of surgery, with everything going very smoothly - as painless as it can be and very efficient but still personable. It's early days yet, but very happy with the results so far and excited to see how it progresses!

If I could give 6 stars I would. From the first enquiry and phone call, to the 12 month post surgery follow up, the Treatment Rooms London have been fantastic.I am more than extremely pleased with my treatment and I don’t think it can be disputed just how good Dr Vara and Dr Fernando are at their work. However what I think also stands them apart is their approach to their clients. From the first call I dealt directly with Dr Vara who co owns the surgery. Dr Vara prepared my hairline, discussed treatments, led my surgery and saw me for my 12 month post surgery review. Their personal and direct approach is fantastic, both are incredibly personable, have built an incredibly professional and friendly team and I can’t speak highly enough when it comes to their surgery.The biggest compliment I have had since my surgery is that it doesn’t look like I’ve had a transplant, their approach is for a natural look and I could not be happier with the results. The whole process from initial consultation through to the actual op was informative, honest and professional. The day of the procedure exceeded my expectations, I was made to feel very welcome , comfortable and the whole process was actually relaxing and passed pain free. The anesthetic and Valium really do just let you relax and feel nothing. The quality of the work is perfect and with 2400 graphs I am looking younger !!!! Why go all the way to Turkey when you can have a highly skilled and professional team look after you in the UK!

It’s been two weeks since my hair transplant at the Treatment Rooms and I felt it best to leave my review until after my initial two week recovery period had passed.So after much internet research and consultations with four other UK clinics I decided to go with the Treatment Rooms as I got the best feeling from my consultations with Dr Fernando and I knew if I was going to take the plunge and finally have this done then this was the place for me.During the consultations he was very knowledgeable, passionate and set out the expectations perfectly, his confidence only filled me with confidence and the whole experience from my first video consultation, my in person consultation and the day of my surgery were all fantastic.My surgery was done in the new clinic which is very impressive on the 31st October. I arrived at 7am and was made to feel at ease straight away as Dr Fernando talked me through how the day would unfold and what to expect and away we went. I felt in such capable hands throughout the whole day and the professionalism, attention to detail and customer care not only from the doctors but the whole team was outstanding.Dr Vara carried the extraction from my donor area in the morning with each removed hair follicle examined under the microscopes by the team before Dr Fernando carried out the insertion process in the afternoon.Everything was done to make me feel as comfortable as possible and I happily listened to music, watched telly and spoke with the Doctors and the team during my surgery.After my surgery I had a briefing with the aftercare team who spent the time going over all the details of my aftercare procedures and my aftercare kit so I was confident on what I needed to do post surgery too look after my Transplant, they have also been checking up with me since offering advice and guidance to which as been very helpful.I am delighted with my transplant so far and I will now obviously need to wait for the full results but everything is looking good and I’m excited about what I’m going to see in the future.Once again thank you to Dr Fernando, Dr Vara and the whole team at the Treatment Rooms.James B

Amazing service from the moment they got back to me regarding my enquiry to the morning of my procedure to the time I left once my hair transplant was complete.I was already booked in a clinic in central london, but after my initial consultation with Dr Vara made me feel comfortable and managed my expectations which made me choose The Treatment Room.I’m now 10 days in feeling great.
