Placed a party order with Royal Exotic Catering and the food was so fresh and tasty. Quality of the food was on point and can't wait to order again soon. They provide the best fast service.

I've ordered food from exotic a number of times for large and small occasions. Anisha is really friendly and I always value her guidance when ordering. Food is always great, portion sizes are fantastic. Love the range of dishes offered. Exotic is my go to for ordering for any occasion.

We have ordered food from Exotic many times now and I must say the customer service has been excellent. Aneesa has been extremely helpful and the kitchen staff who are there when we pick the food up are very friendly. Not only is the food delicious, but the prices are also very reasonable and they are also very accommodating, tailoring the menu to our needs. Highly recommended!

Ordered for a large wedding of 500 in the Midlands,A disgrace, plenty curry but ran short on the nan. A tea urn for 500 barely fed 150. And also not enough bowls to feed each table so they were shared between some.Food arrived 1.5 hours late which was apparently due to a puncture however upon further enquiries the caterer did not bother to leave enough time to arrive on time in the first place. This has now costed the host extra money to pay for more hall time and waiters too.Hugely disappointed so many promises but not fulfilled .

Ordered from Royal exotic catering for Eid ul Adha. I choose the Biryani package for 30ppl. The Biryani was nice plenty of meat & rice infact I think we could of fed up 40 adult's, lots of barkat, Allhumdulilah. The chicken legs where good and the soji which I'm not a big fan off was soft and tasty. Gave me a earlier time for collection as per my request due to collecting from blackburn which was perfect. Royal Exotic catered for our son's pre wedding event and the food was amazing. Both the Lamb Biryani and the Gazebo Chicken were delicious and received many compliments from the guests. Thank you Exotic for your personal touch!

We ordered food for a Ladies night, and the food was excellent and extremely delicious. The food was enough for everyone. Will definitely will order from them again.Anise knew exactly much food we will need for 70 people.

Recently had catering organised by Royal Exotic Catering for a community event totalling approx. 250 people and I cannot fault the service, attitude, or the quality of food. The father and daughter team are excellent to deal with and cannot recommend them highly enough. They have a heart of gold. We have used Royal Exotic Catering a number of times, over a number of years and they have not disappointed at all. I believe the recent negative reviews are not real, accurate and possibly even review bombing. I would highly recommend speaking to them directly with your requirements and make your own mind up. You will not be disappointed.

I ordered from these guys for my sons birthday they said they make the food on the day fresh. All of us asain folks know when the meat is fresh there is a fresh taste to it and when the meat is old there is a old taste to it. I ordered a lamb karahi and chicken spinich. They gave me a veg curry and when i asked the lady why isn't there any chicken. She said there is chicken its just melted by heating it too much lol wow but clearly there was no chicken what so ever. She lied point blank to my face which was proper dirty. I confirmed every order in detail with her many times over the phone. What i don't understand is why lie point blank. It was the most dirtiest thing i have ever experienced and then you call yourself a good muslim. If u got the order wrong then accept it. But how could you get the order wrong when you have been reminded many times and gone over the order together over the phone even the night before and pn the day. I could have kicked up a fuss in the party but it was my sons fist birthday and i had my close family and freinds. It was shameless that your telling me you gave me chicken and Sagg dish but flogging me off with a veg curry. The lamb lets not even go there it was like swimming in just sauce there was no trace of lamb. Why did you do this. Paid £1045 to be told there.is chicken in the veg wow. I wasn't bothered about paying, I told you clearly i don't mind paying extra but make sure my guest are satisfied and they were not. So thanks for ruining my event.

09/07/2022 Ordered food for 60 people and I was absolutely gob smacked at the amount of food givenThe lady don’t know her name said the order was ample for 60 persons as she weighed out the mealsI asked what was the measurement per person she declined to say. The meat content was disgracefulWe ordered a lamb meat dish not a lamb bone dish.If anyone is thinking of ordering I would strongly recommend you clarify with the cater exactly what you are paying for. It may be cheap but you get what you pay for. Other caters out there who would provide a much better meal.
