We took our puppy for his first groom and what an amazing experience it was. We had ebony groom him and we as owners felt at ease from the off and our puppy Eric although he seemed nervous to start with Ebony handled him amazingly. On collection we were told he was great, it was good to know that he felt at ease with the team. He smelt amazing and looked great especially with his festive bow tie.100% will return, Great value for money.

Buddy has been groomed by Ebony multiple times and she’s great with him! He’s an anxious dog and she caters to his every need and treats him with love and kindness; which is just what he needs for a good experience.He always comes out looking handsome and smelling lovely!All of the girls are lovely, professional and helpful, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dog.

5* for these groomers, ebony, Katie and ellia groom my 3 pomeranians regular and I'm never disappointed. They always come out looking like new dogs.They are brilliant with the dog's, confident and genuinely lovely girls. Their skills show with each one off my dogs because I have them in different styles and everytime they've been perfect.. Thank you so much groomers.

Took my pup for a full groom after my regular groom room was fully booked up. Staff seemed very friendly and helpful however my pup came out terrified with a cut on the end of his tail and wouldn't walk and just kept circling, it's been a week since his visit and he is still scared of everything, he won't walk, constantly circles around and moves rapidly, he also wont stand up for food and drink and will not move off the sofa, he definitely wont be going back here

Booked my dog in for a good pamper and deshed.She came out smelling amazing (Like a brand new dog) And all deshedded.The girls are lovely and they fussed her from start to finish.Highly recommend.Here’s a quick photo of her posing ❤️

The Girls @TheGroomRoom York Road thank you for your patient & care you gave to our precious pooch when he came to you for his groom. A stressful time for him has now become a regular visit which he enjoys & has no problem returning unlike his previous visits to alternative groomers. 10/10 for a professional service we will continue to return with our little man. ☺️
