Very good surgery. I've only recently became patient there and I'm extremely happy with they service. Lovely ladies at the reception , brilliant dentist's and professional and really nice hygienist Patricia. Highly recommend this practice!!

Very disappointed with this practice. After waiting over a month for an appointment, I was given a prescription for a tooth infection. The prescription was not stamped and filled in properly. Because of this pharmacies refuse to honour it. Now I’m in pain and I have to pay again for a consultation to another clinic just to get antibiotics . This has happened twice with this clinic. I’m at a loss for words about how unprofessional this experience has been

Excellent surgery and the wonderful commutation that I had between me and my doctor has been amazing and I would definitely recommend this dentist surgery to anyone who needs a dentist. Dr Sara Saidpour is amazing and she knows how to make the patient comfortable whilst they are under her care. She explains to you what every step she is going to be taking and making sure that you are feeling fine with every small step through out the treatment. She gives you great advice for the after care. I am very pleased with the service that I am always receiving and such a friendly staff that it is always greeting you with a smile whenever you walk through the door.

The receptionist (I think her name is Jody) was exceedingly rude. She swore at me, using explicit language, and the overall customer service left much to be desired. I was shocked by their lack of professionalism and how they compromised patients' dignity. Furthermore, the clinic's cleanliness and hygiene were subpar. I've only used them twice for NHS annual checkups, and sadly, they were a total letdown on both occasions. I'm curious to see what the CQC and ICB think about these poor standards!

Absolutely disgusting customer service with the blonde receptionist today , I went in asking for braces, cost and I needed to get some info , first thing she is doing is looking at me up & down then says it’s a private treatment, then she tells me she thinks it costs about £3k, then she wanted to examine my teeth there and then herself which is so strange, then she says she needs to take a deposit off me to book me a consultation , I didn’t go in for a free treatment, I am defo taking my business elsewhere. She needs to retire and stop judging people on a £10 hour job

I had my wisdom teeth taken out here. And the teeth next to it got infection. So I go back to ask why . They just checked it and didn’t do anything. But still charge me £65 even I just want to know is that infection related to the wisdom teeth had taken out. Totally ridiculous. They only wants money . I will tell everyone how bad this dentist. Never go there .

I had an amazing experience when I first went to this dental practice back in 2019 for a filling. I was seen, spoke to with respect, I felt comfortable, treated and never had any problems with the filling and service that I got.I phoned the practice again back in November 2022 because one of my back tooth chipped. I had just recently given birth and was under the NHS Maternity Exemption. I was seen by Dr. Sumati Kori.I ended up getting my tooth fixed and 2 other teeth that needed fillings. She told me that I needed to see a dental specialist because one of my tooth needed a root canal, and she was not capable of doing it because of its complex complications.My experience back in 2019 was the complete opposite with Dr. Kori.The filling that I got back in 2019 was polished and was smooth, Dr. Kori's filling felt like she rushed through the whole process. The filling feels rough with sharp edges, but she said that, You'll get used to the feeling"

Not recommended at all!The clinic lacks of professionalism including Doctors and receptionists. I feel very bad to say this but the dentists can’t even do a simple white filling. I had my tooth filling done in January, I had to go back another 2 times since they didn’t file the tooth properly, as a result I couldn’t floss between my teeth. After few months, the filling fell out and I ended up going to another dentist to have it fixed again. Just waste of money and time since they kept rescheduling my appointment due to short of staff (Doctors always call in sick in this clinic). I had taken a day off work for my original appointment, but they changed that appointment two times, they just don’t care.Just over a month ago, my mother had her filling done here, same issue happened with her tooth, filling fell out after few weeks. She was booked in today to have it fixed, I received a call from receptionist canceling the appointment very last minute because the dentist called in sick!! Rebooking my mother for end of February!! Seriously? How can someone wait for over 2 months with no filling? Clearly the doctors don’t have any patient moral responsibility and don’t have a clue what they are doing. Also very rude receptionist, not helpful at all. Will never go back there again. I didn’t write a review when I had my first bad experience, but the same issue happening again is just unacceptable.
