Every time I go to this kfc I always have issues, whether it being the wrong order or taking forever to come.I have let it slide the first couple of times, but tonight I have waited 20 minutes for two mini wraps from when I ordered it. I went back round and got told it would be another 3 minutes it was at least another 10. To top it all off - I have came home for it to be cold, and not the order I asked for. When I try to call their phone is off. This is an absolute joke. Never going back!

Absolutely useless, every time something missing or you end up with someone else's order, manager is the most useless being alive just like the rest off the staff.love to know the recruitment process for these delinquents.

They didnt give the just eat driver all my food and blamed him so got half my order what my suppost to do give me kids a meal to share . Wouldnt let me come get a replacement even when they confirmed what had happand total lack of care for customers . you can do 1 next time ill get better service at dixy chicken . Hopefully they employ people capable of giving a delivery driver a bag and if they dont hopefully then can atleast take responsibility

Staff were amazing when I last visited last time as I'm not a regular visitor.So I didn't know you had to pay by card at the order machine.That's the only thing I didn't like because the option of paying cash at the till was taken away.However my meal was lovely thank you.

Worst KFC ever. I ordered my meal on the app- Chocolate aero sundae with a chicken bucket. Then the staff told me that there wasnt any chocolate on my chocolate sundae. Just like saying heres your chicken with just the wrapper left. It says on the app that you get a free chicken bucket when you spend £10 on something in KFC. I asked the staff and said That expired in September 2023." When it is July 2023. Dont recommend this KFC."

Worst KFC I have ever ever been too. To start with there is a member of staff walking around kicking rubbish into corners. Instead if putting it in the bin. He keeps rubbing his grubby hands all over the forks and Coffee stirrers yet I haven't seen him wash his hands once. He is the only member of staff wearing. Grey T Shirt (incase KFC are actually bothering to read these reviews)The toilets are stinking. Just smells completely unclean. Even my 3 year old daughter was holding her nose when. She went toilet. I also heard another customer come out complaining about the smell of them.The staff behind the counter was polite and friendly and the food arrived almost instantly. Everything we ordered was present and correct. But that's where it ended. The burger was dry the bread was disgusting. And the chicken. Was as moist as the table I was sitting at. Chips was OK. Chicken poppers wasn't the greatest. I won't be coming back to this establishment again. When there are so many good food places locally I'm surprised this KFC stays afloat.
