Really great experience. I love what the staff did with my hair everyone was really nice. It is all cash payments but they tell you how much it is before you sit down. Would recommend a booking and arriving at the time of your booking not earlier. They are really busy but very accommodating and have good service even though they're busy. Definitely going to go again really like them., thank you so much to Celly's Chichester❤️

I have only been here for the 1st time and that has been the best haircut I’ve had. The hairdresser (Cara) is a nice Lady and a brilliant sense of humour ( which we all need these days!)I recommend this salon for it’s hygiene as well as friendly staff.

It seems to be pot luck if I get a good haircut here. Also the staff seem over worked, friendly for sure but very rushed.

Very well priced for a wash and cut. They came highly recommended and I was impressed with the result so I will definately be back!

I had my hair cut here for the first time and I don’t think I’ll be returning. Staff were rude and abrupt on entry, and I was rushed through. My hair was treated roughly (I have thick hair so it is a pain to manage but it was being tugged at and frankly, really hurt). I showed a reference photo for how I wanted my hair to look but it came out looking nothing like it, and was wonky. The woman cutting my hair also made a comment about my physical appearance which I didn’t ask for and made me feel worse. I personally wouldn’t recommend this place for services and I regret even paying

lovely staff but did not do my hair how I asked!! Showed pictures and said I wanted no more than one inch off and he took at least 4… By the time I realised it was too late and didn’t have the heart to tell him but I was utterly devastated as my long hair was very important to me. I wasn’t going to leave feedback as he was so nice but they need to know so this doesn’t happen to someone else.

I was extremely impressed with the treatment I had today; highlights and styling. Much needed after lockdown! Nicole has given me the best hairstyle I have had for many years. I am delighted with it, and with the friendly and professional service I experienced. I'll definitely be back!

Although I booked a wet cut I was given a dry cut with an electric razor. It was a simple trim so didn't take her any time at all but she still couldn't be bothered to wash my hair. When I went to pay and it was still the same price, even without the wash, I asked for her to wash my hair as I'd paid for it. No apology for having tried to rip me off. Blatant disregard for a customer who had said at the beginning that I hadn't been to a hairdressers in 3 years. Think I'll leave it another 3 before I have another one after that experience. Definitely won't ever be using Celly's again though and I'd advise you to do the same...pay the extra £10 it costs to go to a real hairdressers.

I have been having my hair done at Cellys Chichester for a long time.I have probably had my roots done, and hair cut by just about everyone who has worked there over the years!, plus the odd curly blowdry.I now visit every Saturday, the end of my working week.The staff are all so friendly, and know exactly what I wish, down to what temperature i like the water on my hair! (Sabrina is great with this, I have a very sensitive scalp) I would not go anywhere else,This branch, and its staff, are a credit to the company.
