1st puppy visit so didn't know how he'd behave. Sophie was brilliant. Had claws and face hair trim. Couldn't have asked for better 1st experience.

More expensive than my solicitor, £35 for 1/2 hour, My Dog still dirty. Not humanly possible to drop off brush, shampoo and dry a labrador in this amount of time. Very very unhappy.
