Bought a Honda Deauville NT700 and spoke to Richard on his mobile. It was his day off but gave me loads of information and posted a video to see the bike. Never ever thought I would buy a bike on-line let alone a 14 year old bike, but Richard talked me through the whole process do I went ahead. Bike delivered at agreed time and was even better than photos looked. Simply a great experience start to finish, may be back for my next bike, fancy a MT,-07 to keep Honda and Yamaha RD350 YPVS company in the garage. Thanks Richard and Ritebike.

Actually bought from their trade bikes department opposite but popped in for a look.. A very extensive collection of all sorts of bikes. they all seem to be in very good condition. Never seen so many Harley-Davidson's in one place apart from Daytona bike week. No pressure selling, they are quite happy to let you just have a look.

After promising the bike was serviced alongside the bike taking an extra 2 weeks to be delivered, the bike just wasnt right. I took it in to my friends garage and this was the findings. They hadnt done a service... and I know why. The air filter isnt available as a separate item. It's a complete air box and has been out of stock.The valve clearances were out on 2 valves .Carbs had been messed with and gaskets leaking and screws chewed.Something else I have noticed is the rear tyre is nearly bald but more importantly it has a cut that is deep and down to cords. It wants replacing asap as it would fail and mot.Avoid these cowboys out to make a quick buck. I saved 200 quid buying from them but its just cost me £800 to fix their lazy work.

Not the best in terms of stock available. Yeah granted they have a wide range but your no longer aloud to sit on the bikes they is notices everywhere now. All the staff seem to be on the phone or at computer. Be nice to have someone available on floor to ask questions

My son has just had his zrx1200s delivered from a telephone enquiry to going to see the bike and having the bike delivered rite bike have been true to their word email when bike went into service then when ready to be delieved from start to finish 3 weeks excellent service well recommended

Strongly NOT recommend. Same company as WeBuyAnyBike".Short story:Waited three weeks to collect my bike. Very poor costumer service once I paid the deposit. I had to re-service my bike after they did it. I had to buy a new battery. And now they don't want to fix the bike on their warranty.Whole story:Everything was going great to the moment I paid the deposit. After that they don't care about the costumer.After three weeks of ignoring my calls

I see a bike I wanted and from the start Dean was in full contact with me. Helped me get the finance my circumstances required and stayed in contact throughout and to the end. I have owned plenty of vehicles in my time but never have I had such a pleasant experience doing so as both dean and rite bike gave me. I want to Thankyou for everything!!!! Absolute shocking service.I purchased a Ducati from Ritebike which has since been bought out by superbike factory. The bike had approx 5 months of MOT left, I was told to bring it back after 5 months and they would do the MOT for free.I spoke to someone from Superbike Factory on Wednesday and explained the situation. I was told told it was fine and to bring the bike in so I arranged to do this on Friday.I took time off work to take the bike, when I got there I was told that the workshop manager refused to do the MOT and was told to go find the person who sold me the bike who works at a completely separate dealership...I said I wasn't happy with this but was basically told to go away as it wasn't Superbike Factories problem.I bought two bikes from Ritebike and the service was excellent, I couldn't recommend them more highly. Superbike factory are the exact opposite, I certainly wont be buying any bikes from them in the future.

If you want to take a look at a new bike in a relaxed but supportive environment, then go and see Kris at Superbike Factory West Yorkshire.I made a couple of visits up there, and each time I was allowed to browse at my leisure but Kris made himself available for questions I had. Ended up putting my order in with him for a machine that was actually in a different branch, his service was that good.
