Excellent service - great communication especially during the additional safety measures needed due to Covid-19. Ordering online simple with prompt same day collection available from the Bath branch with orders ready for collection before we’ve even had time to drive to pick up! Well done to the staff who have continued to give great service! Definitely 5 stars!

So disappointed with the attitude and customer service of the manager at this store. I brought a belt sander and replacement belts (size as recommended at till point). When it came to replace the belt it was the wrong size. I returned to store to exchange the belt but was turned away because there was a delivery being unloaded. I returned a second time today but was told I could not exchange the sanding belts for the correct size because 30 days had been exceeded. Such a terrible attitude to customer satisfaction. I’ve had to buy replacement belts in the correct size and the belts I couldn’t return will go to landfill. So disappointed.

Tops for customer service. I feel a bit mean singling anyone out in particular because they're all good, but I think Steve is one of the most helpful people I've ever had the pleasure of buying stuff from!

I'm germ aphonic. I placed an order online and paid online, dreading actually going to the shop to collect but when I got there they were brilliant, they had 2meter queuing system in place. They put the goods on the table and stepped back so I could step forward and collect. I felt safe throughout the whole transaction. Five stars to the bath branch.

Only complaint is they are very slow to serve people. Never in a rush to deal with everyone stood around in the shop queuing. Why only one person on the till most of the time?For this reason I have often left the store to go to screwfix where they seem to have the aim of serving people quicker
