I have a very good experience as a patient here, never had a problem getting appointments, and can't speak highly enough about the professionalism and care of most of the GPs and Nurses I've seen. They have been great managing my ongoing ADHD treatment and have been willing to listen and help throughout a national medication shortage (honourable mention to Gerri and Michelle from the pharmacy/prescribing team). As a woman and neurodivergent person it can sometimes be hard to be taken seriously by medical professionals but I have very rarely had that problem here. Thank you.

Can book appointments from 8 am to 8pm 7 days a week included Bank Holidays if you are a patient. Surgery well located with car park. No waiting to be seen. Very good surgery. I would recommend it to working people especially.

Constantly having to chase up and query progress with things, often to be met with there's nothing on our system"The latest debacle: my wife called this morning to make a fairly important appointment. Was told she'd get a call "this evening around 5pm".A short while later she got a text to say it would now be a face-to-face at 4.45pm.However

Rang 111 overnight. Call back nurse requested same day home visit. GP receptionist confirmed this to me. 3 days later no visit, no call, nothing. Got better. Next time straight to A and E

I was given an appointment here by my doctors receptionist in Thorpe St Andrew as there were no appointments at my normal practice.The appointment was confirmed by text as well, I thought it strange my appointment was for Saturday afternoon and on checking website it shows surgery is closed .. I still arrived for my appointment incase website was wrong but yes it was closed.How is it possible for this to happen

Some people can be so negative. This practice is the best Ive ever had. Gerri the Pharmacist is excellent - the best. Receptionists are lovely and helpful and Doctors are great especially Dr Popa who is a star at the top of her game. People need to accentuate the positive and be a little more grateful. Nothing and no one will be perfect and glitches are bound to happen but this practice is the best whilst being under huge pressures.

Useless, not taking care of their patients and zero communication. I've been registered with St. Stephens/Norwich Practices for 8 years and I asked now the first time for an appointment for a general health check and they cannot even bother to book an appointment or call you back. AVOID!!

today, when I called the receptionist because I needed a very important medicine, she hung up while I was still talking. She was extremely unfriendly and dismissive, unfortunately she did not reveal her name, a middle-aged lady. I think it would be much better for the patients if such people didn't work there, but someone else who was helpful and kind. He ruined my day with his horrible style. thank you for letting me write it
