Love the shop, go here often to get tvorozki, Kolbasa and herring products. Saw that a bunch of the comments are about customer service, never had any issues. They have a very straightforward ask/answer approach. Not a lot of time for pleasantries seeing as the shop is always busy, so very understandable.

They have some nice products from home, I had a good experience yesterday buying shuba and sakotis. It's not the warmest customer service of course, kind of to be expected from these shops. If they were a bit more smiling and friendly, they would probably have better business.

Hello, I like the Lituanica store, but today, 06/23/2023, I encountered a negative experience in the store, I took different candies that were weighed, packed and the price was written on top, but the cashier again weighing all the packaging and knocked out a different price at the checkout. When I told her that the price is written on top, the cashier said that it does not matter." I wanted to know for whom the price is written on the package if the end of the result is a different price."

The shop is a bit tight, difficult to manoeuvre, but great selection of food, meats, smoked or marinated fish, sweets etc.It was packed on Friday evening, so popular!

Such a cute little shop. A great selection of different Eastern European foods. My favourite is the Tupla chocolate bar and the salads they make are really nice and fresh. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I asked where I could find the yogurt and they directed me to where it is. Thank you

I just had the most threatened and unreal situation ever! I tried to buy some chocolates for a Lithuanian friend for her bday. Security approaches shouting on me, eyyyy you! He start accusing me of being in the shop many times today recording everything ... WHEN I NEVER WAS THERE!! First and last time! That's for sure. He did not let me talk, he was accusing me for something that it never happen and without any evidence. The way he approached me was agressive and rude....I don't have words. Still shocked! Manager wasn't in the shop but I am working in a official complain against him.
