South Beach Villa Bridlington seafront.Stayed at this property last week the view is absolutely stunning with a huge balcony overlooking the best beach on the East Coast. Brand new house with everything and more you could ever wish for The kitchen is enormous and has a fantastic range of coffee machine /wine fridge and beautiful units and breakfast bar. So nice to be able to open the patio doors for breakfast etc and watch the activity on the beach. The bedrooms are so luxurious with solid grey furniture and plenty of room Secluded garden to the rear and a huge drive with plenty of parking. Great bonus the park and ride bus is just outside the property or land train which runs into the harbour.Would definitely book again loved my stay here

Booked an apartment with Welcomelets and due to an error on their part had an issue on arrival. Phoned the out of hours contact number and Debbie immediately sorted an alternative apartment in the same block and offered us compensation. Looking forward to returning to York in the future and will use them again.The apartment at Icona that we used was well equipped and spotlessly clean.Really cannot complain about the service.

Central townhouse - YorkWhat a fantastic, modern house within a 5 minute walk to York centre. 7 of us stayed for a weekend and could not fault a single thing. We made use of the garden on the first night, a huge outdoor table, sun umbrella and 10 very comfortable chairs. As we already knew, music had to be off by 10pm so we just went inside out of respect to the neighbours, no problem. The property is very light and spacious with everything you need. A welcome booklet gives plenty of information such as WiFi code, taxi numbers, local attractions and restaurant recommendations. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

We stayed in Montrose House over the holidays and we loved it. The entire house was well equipped, extremely comfortable and thoroughly cleaned. The location was perfect for us and there was plenty of parking on the main road. We would love to stay again!

Had a delightful stay at Guildhall Gardens. The place was clean, tidy and very well presented. The location was only a few minutes walk from the city centre but despite this, hustle and bustle of the city couldn’t be heard.The management could not have been friendlier, helpful from the start with clear and easy instructions for check in.I would defiantly recommend booking with Welcome Let’s for anyone wishing to stay in York.

Me and my wife can't complain about the service provided by Welcome Lets at all. Adam was so kind and provided us with all the information before and during our stay.We definitely loved our experience and it's the reason that Churchills will always be our first choice.

Property is pretty decent in regards to cleanliness and facilities. Main issue was with the property manager as all we found her (unsure of her name as she never told us) pretty aggressive. Believe it or not, we were only using the property for somewhere to stay whilst working at the local hospital. We weren't aware of the parking situation as the accommodation was booked for us so I will accept that unprovoked error.. the property manager turned up banging at the door because there was more than one car outside, she also told me to abandon my patients to move my car (even though it wasn't urgent), She also threatened to clamp our cars and fine us £100, Quite extreme behaviour if you ask me? Also, bad TV signal if you plan to relax when you get here. We're going through a pandemic right now, I really struggle to see how these reactions are going to help anything?

We stayed in the 16 Phoenix Blvd for a week. It is a very comfortable and spacious apartment, and is newly renovated. It is very clean and tidy, with all the house appliances and equipments offered to use. It is very quiet and peaceful. Parking slot is right outside and is visiable from dinning room. We found it a very good choice for family holiday in York. It is about 10 mins walking to nearest post office and rail station, that helps a lot for my work and travel needs.

We just had a comfortable few days at Moss Green. It's a very convenient location and the house was well-furnished, cosy and well-equipped, with easy parking nearby. We'll be back.The team at Welcome Lets are friendly, easy to contact and responsive to any questions.A couple of comments:1. It's easy to find, but not the first time! Work out your route carefully, as GPS will take you to a maze of No Entry signs.2. Our young teenagers loved the attic bedroom, but the ladder/stairs are not suitable for very small children. However, the room with triple bunk beds on the first floor is perfect.York is great, a clean, well-run city and easy to get around, by car or on foot. We did every touristy thing, ate well and enjoyed it a lot.
