I can't rate the lady who works at the 'Aston Clinton Recycling Centre' shop highly enough. When preparing to host my Ukrainian guests she was extremely helpful sorting the majority of items I needed. She is very friendly and charged me a reasonable price. They have a wide variety of stock there, but obviously it can get very busy... Thank you once again.

Vehicles queueing to be checked before ramp. Asked what I had, two tubs of garden cuttings and some old worktop cut up, and cupboard doors, in a car, not a van. Told it will cost £32 to tip wood! £32!!That's about £4 per piece. Outrageous! Plasterboard and asbestos I understand charges, but wood? No wonder farm gateways in our area are piled with rubbish. I expect my £32 is spent on clearing said gateways and laybys...Go up the hill to Berko. Dacorum don't appear to charge non commercial customers.

Poor service from manager asking for cash witch I'm sure is not allowed once I told him no he was very aggressive. He calls himself the manger the Asian man I will not be attending again .poor tip on the take

Well organised, but people working there, I know now they charge you for things but, it feels as they make it up as they go along. And it feelt as I was the only one asked what I have and charged. I forgot I have an item that was chargeable so I asked how much with every intention to pay, I was told I have to load up drive down to the entrance and pay there, what a joke. What's wrong with charging at the top of the ramp, not making people load up and drive around just to unload AGAIN.

Signage for the skips could be better white on pale green, not a good contrast in bright sunlight. Generally staff are polite and helpful. Don't think the charging policy for some waste fits with the spirit of being green.

Rude, grumpy, unhelpful. They’d make great postmen at the Aylesbury sorting office if they wished to have another career.So unhelpful and miserable I just put rubbish in bin bags and dump them wherever I like regardless of which skip they should be put in.Screw ‘em.
