Always clean.Friendly staffMany local clients and travellers . Very busy at lunchtime

The baked potato and Irish stew, in the new microwave, was excellent. Staff are fab too.

It was ok, door service was not friendly (and confusing, all in all did not feel very welcoming), especially compared to other places, and they force an extra membership fee on you even for one-off tourists and deny entry if you don't pay it, which makes no sense. Also went at peak after-work time on a Friday and there were hardly many people there.Won't return.

It was nice to visit Plastic Ivy for the first time.Quick and friendly customer service.Nice facilities. Nice steamy steam room.Met couple of nice people with no attitude like others places.Happy to visit again soon even it is a bit far to travel to.

It was great, just wish the place was a little bit bigger

We have been to this place due to the positive reviews it has on here, but we have not been pleased. The place is nice, clean and friendly and the customer service is absolutely amazing. On the other hand, we visited this place during one of the busiest times (according to Google) and there were about 15 people, with a mix of Asian and old guys. We would had liked to spend some time in the tube, but it was busy as the same people remained in it for the entire time of our visit (about 1 hour). Sauna and steam room were fine, but the corridor with cubicles was too small, with people obstructing the doors, and some panels that made the corridor smaller that it actually is. We decided to leave and we will not come back.

Very small cellar. Don't go basically.i got threatened by a member of so called staff for eating my own small sandwich, total fruit cake. Avoid. The owner can message me if he wants

Was very nervous as it was my first time going but the staff were very wonderful and accommodating! It was very easygoing, facilities were lovely and although the place isn’t huge it feels great to explore ;)
