Liz helped me move from being completely depressed. I would highly recommend seeing Liz. Shes helped me heal so much of my past and halepd me feel like myself again and i felt so much love and compassion, i know she genuinely has other peoples interests at heart. Oh my dog, where do I even begin? I always thought I was a well put together, well-balanced human. But we all have emotional blocks that are getting in the way of relationships, work, and full participation in ( and enjoyment of) life itself.Liz helps me to clear those blockages, to see more clearly what I need to do, and to see what I need to let go of, and how to do it.I highly recommend both her 3 day deep dive thing, and ongoing support in her monthly membership programme.
