The owner sidra, she is so sweet . Ordered flowers an had them delivered on time. Then gt 50 digit balloons blown up with party poppers Nd she was so helpfull.

Top tier company. Got a air balloon and bouquet of flowers for wife, rang up, lady was polite and very helpful. No hassle or stress, flowers were delivered on time, both myself and wife loved the final product.

Nice little shop full of a range of gifts for every occasion. I've been on multiple occasions. The staff are always willing to go above and beyond, I forgot my wallet and was able to still place my order and pay via bank transfer after I got home. Balloons delivered to my car outside because I didn't want to leave kids in car alone. Just some of the examples of the great customer service and trust they have.

Not even a1* Disgusted with the service, placed an order 3 days before I needed it the staff reassured me they have everything in stock etc….. my delivery was booked for 3oclock, the driver arrives at 16.15, asked for a pink bouquet they said yes that’s fine will do a pink theme the bouquet arrives grey and black! With the dullest flowers ever! And the balloon, sent me the wrong balloon to what I’d asked for. Definitely don’t recommend!

I received the most stunning 50 rose bouquet from my husband for Valentine’s Day and I’ve just got one thing to say wow… simply mind blowing how absolutely beautiful the roses were and the packaging just gave it that extra wow factor. I can’t wait for the next occasion to receive more beautiful flowers.Thank you for all the hard work you put into everything.

My family placed an order with moments for my sisters Nikkah and we received the most amazing customer service. Everything was conducted so professionally, amazing quality products and the flowers were extremely fresh! In terms of quality I am yet to find a better florist. They listened carefully to every detail and exceeded our exceptions. Cannot recommend them enough!
