citizenM London Victoria Station hotel

Very clean and new contemporary hotel. Trendy bar and excellent breakfast that will cater to every taste. Our room was a bit on the small side for the average American, but we would go back in an instant. Excellent location adjacent to Victoria Station and walking distance to Buckingham Palace.

We chose this hotel because others were fully booked and we needed a last-minute place to stay.The room is small. Really small. Bump into your suitcase on the way in because there’s no place for suitcases, small.Staff is curt, somewhat tired. They have an incredibly small amount of staff for such big hotel.- but the bedsheets are soft and comfortable, thankfully!There is NO COFFEE OR TEA (or hot water) in the room, there is also no room service.If you want to cozy up with some tea in your room you’ll walk down a long hallway, go down, pick up your tea and bring it back up yourself. Easy to do at home, less easy when you’re exhausted after a long day.Ultimately though, the only, truly surprising thing about this hotel is the raving reviews I found online for this place…their positive reviews are possibly (at least in part) written by ChatGPT.This hotel is perfect if you’re traveling solo, want to check yourself in without a receptionist, don’t need room service and value being near Victoria station

Love the London Victoria location. Mo and all the staff are great and the location is perfect. Walkable to many areas of interest and down the street from Victoria Station. Comfy rooms, nice rain showerhead with good pressure. Lots of room in the living room style lobby to work or relax.The only drawback is the hair dryer - the outlet is on the far end of the vanity and the cords on the dryers are short so it’s hard to dry hair in front of the mirror.

I actually loved this hotel VS old grumpy small options nearby. Good to have choices… room was small but everything worked well for a single traveller. They have ironing station if you are for biz. Great breakfast and friendly staff members. Great location too… hard to find negatives tbh.

My experience with this hotel has been practically as good as anyone could hope for. The room, service, breakfast, bar, basically everything has been exemplary. Employee Ali. G was particularly attentive, caring and overall a brilliant customer service provider. He made me and my colleague feel incredibly welcomed and went out of his way to be as helpful and pleasant as humanly possible. An absolute gold standard when it comes to customer service, and I hope his contribution towards making our visit this memorably great doesn't go unnoticed/unappreciated!

I was so impressed with this hotel. Location was perfect, right next to Victoria tube station. Showers were remodeled & nice. Bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean. Wifi was great. Couldn’t imagine a better stay for the price! Rooms were small which was no problem as the purpose of our trip was to explore the city!

This hotel is such great value. Huge bed and I slept so well thanks to 'sleep mode'. Very modern and cool looking. Shower, incredible. Breakfast was good. The only thing I'd say is when I tried to order food in the evening, the bar staff were unfriendly and looked surprised, and the food was gross. Eat out. Also, I wish there was an iron and hairdryer in the room, as it's very annoying when you're there on business travel (even a Premier Inn has that).

Great location, great service, clean rooms but small and also pricey!The bed was against the wall so you have to crawl over someone to go to the bathroom and end up waking them up. You also control the lights, tv and blinds with a tablet which was kind of cool. You do your own check in but someone is there if you do need help. Everyone was friendly and they stored our luggage for free while we toured around on our last day in London!

Had a great overnight stay before leaving early morning to the airport. Everything was clean, ran smoothly, and Maneka made us a delicious coffee when we left at 6am. Shoutout to Ali G, who was also very hospitable to us. Bathroom furnishings a bit cheap and cheerful, but perfect for our needs.
