The Penycae has been furnished in real oak and has a lovely ambiance. Some amazing paintings line the walls, plus a real fire place with wood burner. Cosy and welcoming. They have a great menu of locally sourced food which is cooked to perfection. A real treat to eat here on my birthday!

As a first time home buyer you hope that your experience will be a pleasant and exciting one helped by the support and guidance of your solicitor.Unfortunately this does not reflect my experience with Howe & Spender.I received what I would class as the bare minimum of service, very slow to respond and keep me up to date with progress, impartial reply’s to questions and inconsistent communication.The overall experience has been extremely stressful, impersonal with no sense of urgency whatsoever.

Absolutely 5 stars for me wish there was more ! Absolutely amazing company and staff are fantastic especially Jardine Williams she was fantastic helpful with the sale and buying a new property! As an agent out of area (no hidden motives) i would just like to say that Jardine Williams is one of the most pragmatic and upbeat solicitors i have spoken to in a long time.
