Hollywood Star Nails

It was such an enjoyable experience the staff are very welcoming and hospitable. The lady who did my nails was helpful and made sure the nails were neat and crisp. Would totally recommend!!

In my opinion I really like the place my nails were a solid 8/10 me and my friend got our nails done and the place was really sweet

DO NOT GO HERE. I was physically assaulted by the lady that did my nails because I refused to pay full price because they were not what I asked for. After I did not give her £10 less of the original price, she took my phone and tried to steal it by asking me to leave without it. She was pushing me and shouting all kinds of abuse in my face.Whilst this happened, none of the other staff stopped her. Every customer in the salon was disgusted by her behaviour. Also the overall hygiene of the place was awful. And the lady that did my nails and attacked me stank of BO.

Have used this service for years but today their female nail techician (I won't mention names) was so rude. I asked for box cut nail but changed my mind and asked for a round nail and cutting the nail shorter. I was mindful that she is pregnant and understandably tired which she said as she was being rude to me about changing my mind, you changed your mind

Shop is horrific ! Lack of professionalism and they’re absolutely lucky to even have customers. No manners no etiquette and on another day would be sure to get this shop closed down. Entering the shop and people were complaining about never coming here again.Shop manager is classless and when you explain to her what you want will ignore instructions.Never againAvoid at all costs for your own peace !Not worth the hassle!!

Does not open at 9:30! Booked an appointment on their website for a 9:30 slot… arrived and was told to come back at 10.When I eventfully got my nails done it was chaotic and unclean … plus one of my fingers started bleeding from the drill, and the technician took a loose paper towel from a dusty window sill to clean it up…Two stars as I came away exactly with what I wanted… just might get an infection lol…Have fun!

This place has ruined my nails. They don’t clean their tools and this has left me with an infection on my nails. I don’t recommend this place.

Horrible experience, I would give zero stars but you have to give 1 at least.They remove your gel Polish by sanding them off and saying the top coat is hard to remove. This meant they filed a lot of the surface of my nails too. They are supposed to use the solution to soak gel polish off gently.My nails have all chipped badly and are destroyed across the middle of each nail - but this is what you get for going to these cheap places.They reuse their nail files and tools and it’s unhygienic.I would never recommend them or use them. Horrible experience that I will never repeat. Better to spend more and go upmarket to the professionals.
