Double D Computers

Used this company a couple of times recently for repairs, once for a laptop and also for a work PC. Both times they've been great, fast turn round, reasonably priced and both computers operating quickly. Many Thanks.

I had a problem with my laptop so took it to Double D Computers for some advice. Simon very quickly diagnosed the problem and suggested a solution. He thought it would take a few days to repair but rang me the next day to say my laptop was ready for collection.My laptop is now working better than it has for many months.I was very impressed with the service.

Excellent advice- in the customer's interest not trying a hard sell and can explain all jargon with ease, friendly service. Highly recommend

knowledgeable staff, I asked the merits of changing to a laptop or new tower. Suggested keeping tower and changing the hard drive, very please with the result. Tower now runs at a good speed. Very pleased with the service and advice would recommend.

The staff were very helpful in trying to find a way for me to transfer my husband's beloved music from an ancient MP3 player to a modern one. When this proved impossible, one combined extreme patience with clarity in demonstrating on my laptop & the new MP3 player how to transfer our CDs (for personal use). I'm sure this wasn't part of their usual 'offer' but the customer service was excellent and the charges moderate for the time & trouble they'd taken.

Excellent firm to deal with. Took my old laptop in for inspection as not working and they examined it and rang me within a few hours to say what the problem was so was not left ages not knowing what my next move would be. They supplied my new laptop Couldn't have been more helpful especially when I had problems afterwards loading a programme.

Always found Simon to be very helpful, always come here for our printer cartridges and so on.

Popped in here recently as I was looking for a new computer after a repair by a very well known national company had gone badly wrong. They talked me through my options and I ended up giving the repaired" computer to them to diagnose with a view to fixing it if they could. Within a couple of days the computer was fixed

If I could give no stars I would. I have used this shop 3 times now for my laptops and each time there has been a problem with them when returned. The last time the problems were worse then when I took it in. Both emails address have dissappeared, and other issues. They were not able to retrive them. Returned my money. Do not use these people, awful service.I have now got my emails back. I did not need a password.. As for them returning my laptop, it was at their suggestion not mine. I was surprised when they said that they would do this. They also delivered a charger, but that was during the first lockdown, and they were saying they were doing door to door repairs.
