Asked for the energy discount scheme to be split between my gas and electricity, they said you can only use it for one of them. Eon says you can split this payment when on top up key between both.So these are making people choose between having your heating on or your lights. With the current economic climate how can they make you choose. It is our money so we should be able to split it between both.

I attempted to split my £67 energy voucher between my gas and electric and was told that I wasn’t able to despite Bulb stating clearly on the letter that I was able to, with resistance from the workers when challenging why they couldn’t.

Excellent service and pretty friendly staff. The same day I got a rude experience with the Eccles New Rd Post office staff; these guys attended me and explained everything to me with a proper customer service.

Probably the worst post office I’ve ever been as an eBay seller. They are lazy enough to not give proof of postages for prepaid parcels and stupid enough to lose a potential customer!
