The staff at TCL are very friendly and polite. communication was excellent in plain to understand English in all matters. Good advice was offered and any questions were more than adequately answered. James came to our house to sort things out, he was very good explaining everything we wanted to know. We were pleased with everything but had to wait a long time for the first paperwork, I know this takes a while, but a little bit of communication would be good, just an update in the first weeks.
