Phoned the shop the other day to be told that i wouldnt be getting the sofa i originally paid for but a lovely lady brenda explained the situation and gave me a different sofa and sorted the situation out thank you brenda and get well soon to the owner

Don’t shop here I paid nearly 450 quid for a sofa never arrived so I went up to shop to be told I wasn’t getting any sofa so I had to take my brothers up and physically remove another from the shop otherwise they weren’t even gonna tell me my sofa was not coming, the settee I got I hate but that’s nothing, th landlord says it’s not her fault and said go away , even admitted it’s fraud and deception and still carries on trading . DONT BUY FROM HERE

Highly recomended found just what i was looking for at the price i wanted to pay.very nice company to deal with .bug thank you .

Hi went to buy a sofa from this shop since I've just moved home I bought the sofa 3 weeks ago and only just came today after ringing daily to see when it coming and the male I spoke to was rude on the phone every time I spoke to him and the too guys for dropped off my sofa ruined my floor and thrown the rubbish at side of mine and my family's house and when I rang the shop all he said is I'll speak to the drivers and then put the phone down never using this shop again

awfull....dressing table I get without mirror and chair....the first time they bring computer desk ,no.dressing table,and another time just dressing table.....its awfull....I waiting this 3 week....no recomended this company ,because its really horrible...

I paid £160 deposit for a suite to Warren who has apparently now done a runner but Brenda, the owner of the shop has very kindly refunded me in full within half an hour of speaking to her.

This 'company' is a DISGRACE I ordered 4 sofas off the company 2 for myself and 2 for my daughter. They delivered my daughters no problems at all but then it came to mine that was another story....I got told they where gunna be 2 weeks I waited 3 weeks for them to be delivered to then find that one was ripped. He kindly said he would replace it at the end of the week well I say kindly... the new sofa didn't get delivered for another 4 weeks whenever I called to see what was happening I was greeted with a foul attitude or no knowledge of the sofa.The new sofa finally arrived with the old cushions and a new base. The base arrived with no rapping or anything to protect it. As I was due to go out as soon as it arrived I had a quick look round it but only notice a rip on it when I arrived back home 2 hours later. I rang the guy from the company as soon as I noticed it he then told me it wasn't his problem and he wasn't interested I am not going through citizens advice to get a full refund and removal of the sofas.

Never ever buy something from this shop!!!!!!! So regretting that didn't read comments before buying sofa. The same story, different colour was delivered, damaged as well!! Driver made a picture, told it will be sorted out in 3 days,never happened! Rude person even not picking up the phone. Will see what citizen advice will tell,will not leave it like that!!
