Surya Heating

I purchased a 350w IR panel after much research and I have to say I'm disappointed, for me the output isn't really worth having but the feet are next to useless, it says not to overtighten the bolt but I've gone as tight as I dare and they keep falling off, I wouldn't buy again or recommend.

My infrared table top heater is exactly what I’d hoped…works brilliantly, heats a good-sized area very well, and yet is lightweight and unobtrusive. A question I had before purchase was also quickly and efficiently answered via email by the customer service team. Perfect with delivery too.

Order an heater for garden on website it says based in uk but after not receiving our order for 4 days we called them and they said they don't have that heater in stock as they are waiting for landing etc. so i had to cancel it. Now after 15 days no refund issued still mailed them twice with no response. They even issued credit memo but no refunds at allI will be contacting bank to charge back them. Great product but a bit of a wait!We have purchased a number of wall heaters for different rooms, all have been excellent, good quality product. The pictures we have selected have fitted perfect with the rooms and there is no doubt that they produce a pleasant warmth and do reduce energy costs.During the ordering process, they do respond in a timely fashion in a courteous manner, it was however a little frustrating on the time taken to deliver our last order. That said, we would order the product again without hesitation.

Poor customer service. Bought item which came back without bracket. Called customer service and they said they will send it by next day. 4 days laterni call them to check and i was advised they did not send it because its not in stock at least let the customer know. ridiculous service

I bought the 700W Milano mirrored heating panel in May this year when offered a 15% discount for the Jubilee weekend, it says in the description that it will heat a space between 9-15 Sqm I am so disappointed the mirror panel gets very hot but fails to heat my bedroom, or generate any heat at all, even though you can hardly touch the mirror as it’s so hot. I still paid over £300 with the discount. A complete waste of £300+. I honestly can’t understand the 5* reviews on the website, it doesn’t generate any heat! This mirrored heating panel was bought to keep my bedroom warm in the morning whilst I get ready for work so I wouldn’t have to put on my gas central heating. I resorted to buying a small electric fan heating from B&M for £20. Do yourself a favour if you’re thinking of buying an Infrared heating panel - DON’T BOTHER! I also tried an infrared panel from B&Q and that was useless as well, same thing. The panel gets red hot but doesn’t generate any heat!

Pretty much a flawless experience from beginning to end. Ordering was easy we had 2 of the image frames, and the only downside during ordering was a lack of timescales.I contacted Surya customer services who informed me of the wait time, likely 7 to 14 days, and sure enough, about 10 days later they arrived.Decent products, but both were a little marked from assembly after printing, but again customer services saw us right.The heaters work really well and much more efficient than the old oil filled rads we had in our home offices. The only downside for me is the flex down the wall, but, mostly hidden in one office, and in the other, some surface ducting took care of the flex.

I purchased this for my 'summer house' that was built though lockdown to mainly work from home.. but I use as a gym and more importantly a bar ! Excellent product in every way - very efficient and the SMART heating function is excellent.. my hut is all warm by 6 am every morning. I have hardly had to use it through the day / evening as once the hut is warm it stays warm - lets wait until Jan/Feb for the real cold test - more the hut than the heater.This is a 1.2kw heater and for the area of the hut it would normally need a 2kw heater.The ability to customize with all your best pics and turn it into a giant collage is fantastic.. much better than a dull white panel !Dee from sales was excellent at keeping me posted on the order and Kiran who created the artwork was fantastic in helping me create the collage with the Adobe template settings (truth be told my daughter did it in Adobe indesign for me)It also comes with an excellent remote control to set up all your normal on / off / timer functions and the other amazing feature is the thickness... its so thin ... I recommend a hard wired plug behind the panel to hide the cables as the plug of the panel plugged into a normal 3 pin socket protrudes to much for the panel to fit onto the bracket and against the wallThis product is definitely worth the money and the picture customization is worth the extra ! If I had any other rooms to heat I would definitely get another panel - thanks

I originally seen these in a shop I was delivering to, and the warmth was very pleasant as I walked past it, so thought I would give one a try on the top of the chimney breast in my living room. I would have bought the largest one but was too long, not tried it properly yet because of the weather.
